- Length: 22km or 11/12 km
- Duration: 5/6 hours with break or 3/4 hours
- Necessary equipment: sneakers, preferably hiking shoes, water minimum 1 liter per person and food (e.g. sandwich), sunscreen, towel for possible swimming
