During the renovation of one of the oldest buildings in the Tenuta Il Cicalino, among old dishes and dusty trunks, a small treasure emerged: a frayed notebook, with handwritten recipes, handed down from generation to generation.
Thus was born “The Taste of Tradition,” not a simple cookbook, but a collection of flavors, belonging to the most authentic Maremma.
