- The Gift Voucher can be purchased online or by contacting Customer Service (for contact details, please refer to the contacts section of the website);
- The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes, other vouchers or other gift cards, is not refundable, nor rechargeable, nor convertible into cash and cannot be credited to any credit card or bank account;
- The Gift Voucher is sent to the requester or recipient via email containing usage instructions;
- Can be used to purchase all products Tenuta Il Cicalino available online at
- Each Gift Voucher is associated with a unique code, which must be communicated at reception when making a reservation by calling 0566 902031 in order to use its value. The Gift Voucher is generated at the time of purchase;
- The Gift Voucher must be used within two years from the date of issue, even for reservations with a departure date after the Gift Voucher’s expiration. After the validity expires, it can no longer be used and will not be subject to any form of refund for the remaining credit;
- The Gift Voucher can be used in a single transaction and can be used for only one purchase in reservations for one or more people;
- The total amount for each order of product(s) purchased with the voucher includes only the price of the product(s);
- In case of exercising the right of withdrawal or cancellation, regarding one or more of the tourist packages purchased partially or totally with the Gift Voucher, the value of the latter will not be refunded, but a new voucher of equal value will be issued simultaneously, with a duration of 1 year;
